Each potential partner is then required to submit a completed PHD Provider Partner Application for consideration. The application conducts a deep dive into the provider's staff, credentials, accreditations, office space, and the services and amenities offered.

With years of experience in health care delivery, clinical and regulatory oversight, and providing strategic advisory services in health care administration, we have exemplary compliance with strict federal regulations and guidelines, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high quality outcomes. The wellbeing and safety of our clients and a transparent and trusting relationship with our partners is foundational to our work. In order to offer an excellent experience to each and every client, we will never partner with any provider that has not passed our thorough vetting process. When an application is submitted, every provider who applies is thoroughly vetted based on their credentials, client satisfaction ratings, staff and personnel, and background checks.

An application to become a partner does not equate to automatic acceptance into our exclusive roster of partners. Due to our extensive criteria and exclusive selection process, some applicants will have their partner applications denied. When this occurs, an applicant will receive detailed feedback regarding the parameters that did not meet our quality standards of excellence. If the provider addresses deficiencies, an application can be re-submitted for our review.

Applications do not have a due date. Once you receive the application, we suggest that it be completed thoroughly and accurately. There is not a deadline or time requirement for submitting applications.

Once a completed application has been submitted, it enters the review process. Each application is given a rating. If that rating meets our standards, an invitation is extended to the provider who then must complete an onboarding process to join our roster of approved partners.
